Be sure to visit the Inner Castle with Hadrians Gate, Hirdiklik Tower, Yivli Minaret, Kesik Minaret and Kaleici with its narrow streets and many historical houses and an ancient Port. All these landmarks are within an area of one kilometer. You can easily explore all of this area on foot which is handy because cars are banned from certain streets.
The old Harbor of Antalya was restored in the 1980’s and this wonderful restoration work was recognized with the European Council Golden Apple award.
